India, April 22 -- The Wadhwani Foundation has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Le Rythme, a trust registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, to strengthen employability outcomes for students in vocational and skill-based institutions. Under the partnership, the two organisations aim to train more than 700 students annually through a structured Employability Skills (ES) program designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. The initiative focuses on equipping students with practical competencies that are increasingly demanded by employers but often underrepresented in traditional curricula.
