India, March 17 -- Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies - Technical Campus (VIPS-TC), affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, hosted a symposium under the 'Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect' programme on 12 March.

The event, held at the institute's Pitampura campus, sought to align the student body with the Government of India's ambitious vision for a developed nation by 2047.

The 'Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect' is a flagship initiative launched by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, designed to galvanise the youth towards national development.

Beyond promoting the vision for 2047, the symposium also marked the 150th anniversary of the national song, Vande Mataram.
