India, June 7 -- The Varanasi Municipal Corporation has approved a proposal to shift meat and fish shops from densely populated areas to designated locations on the outskirts of the city. The move is aimed at improving sanitation, reducing congestion, and addressing concerns related to public hygiene in busy urban markets.
