India, June 29 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for development projects worth Rs.124 crore during his visit to Champawat, reaffirming the state government's commitment to accelerating infrastructure and public welfare initiatives in the border district.
