India, July 1 -- The United States has removed four Indian companies from its Russia-related sanctions list, reversing restrictions that had been imposed in 2024 over allegations of supplying technology and equipment linked to Russia's military-industrial sector. The decision was announced by the US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) as part of its latest update to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list.

The four companies removed from the sanctions list are RRG Engineering Technologies Private Limited and Lokesh Machines Limited from Hyderabad, Galaxy Bearings Limited from Ahmedabad, and Shaurya Aeronautics Private Limited from New Delhi.
