India, May 22 -- The investigation into the death of Twisha Sharma has taken another turn after her mother-in-law, retired judge Giribala Singh, denied allegations that she contacted influential individuals to influence the ongoing probe.
Responding to accusations made by Twisha's family, Singh stated that people had been calling her mainly to offer condolences and support, rejecting claims of any attempt to interfere with the investigation.
Twisha's family had earlier raised concerns over a series of phone calls allegedly made after her death.
