India, Sept. 13 -- Three friends riding a motorcycle were killed after a speeding car hit their bike from behind in Alwar district, police said on Sunday.

Police said the accident on Saturday night happened due to overspeeding but have taken note of the complaint of the deceased's family who alleged that the youths were killed over an old enmity.

The collision in Moti Nagar area was so severe that the motorcycle and the car crashed into a wall, and one of the bike riders was thrown into the drain, police said., they said.

The deceased were identified as Jitendra Singh alias Chhotu (22), Yuvraj alias Yuvi (21), and Himanshu (22) of Kala Kuan area, police said.
