India, May 17 -- Punjab Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the grenade-hurling incident that took place in Gurdaspur district last month. The arrests were made by Gurdaspur Police in coordination with the Counter Intelligence wing during an extensive investigation into the case.

The arrested accused have been identified as Amarjit Singh alias Billa from Jalandhar, Karanjit Singh alias Karan and Satnam Singh from Amritsar. Police also recovered another hand grenade from the residence of one of the accused, Amarjit Singh, during the operation.
