India, June 3 -- A 17-year-old boy was allegedly stabbed to death in Northeast Delhi's New Usmanpur area late on Monday night, with police claiming to have solved the case within hours and apprehended three suspects, including two juveniles.

Police said they received information about the incident at around 10.25 pm on June 1. A team from New Usmanpur police station rushed to the spot and found the teenager lying on the ground with stab injuries. He was declared dead at the scene.

Following the incident, a forensic team inspected the crime scene and collected evidence. Based on preliminary findings, police registered an FIR under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), which pertains to murder.
