India, May 26 -- The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) Central Region has cancelled the second and third shifts of the SSC GD Constable Exam 2026 conducted at a centre in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, due to overcrowding and cancellation of the exam.

According to an official notice issued by the Deputy Director (Exam) of SSC Central Region, Prayagraj, the examination held on May 25, 2026, at Aadarsh Pariksha Kendra located inside the Bihar School Examination Board's Regional Office campus in Motijheel, Muzaffarpur, was disrupted because of technical glitches.

The cancellation applies to candidates of the second shift who could not appear for the exam and all candidates scheduled for the third shift.
