India, July 20 -- Spain's celebrations after winning the 2026 FIFA World Cup turned tragic when a 13-year-old boy lost his life during victory festivities in the town of Ciudad Rodrigo. According to local authorities, the teenager was celebrating with hundreds of football fans when he climbed onto a decorative fountain.

The structure suddenly collapsed, trapping him beneath the debris. Two other people were also injured in the incident. Emergency responders rushed to the scene and rescued the boy before taking him to a nearby hospital. However, he later succumbed to his injuries.
