India, March 12 -- Progress on On-Time Execution of 40,000 BPJ Orders for Paramilitary Forces. SMPP Limited, a leading Indian manufacturer of advanced ballistic protection systems for soldiers and weapon platforms across land, air, and sea, is progressing with the on-time execution of an order for 40,000 Bullet Proof Jackets (BPJs) for India's paramilitary forces, including the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), and Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). This order is in addition to the advanced BPJs SMPP supplied to the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and the Indian Army, designed to offer protection against armor-piercing bullets.
