India, July 2 -- GAIL (India) Ltd. has appointed SK Sinha as its Director (Finance), with the senior finance executive assuming charge on Wednesday. Before joining the company's Board of Directors, Sinha served as Executive Director (Finance & Accounts) at GAIL. A qualified Cost and Management Accountant, he has more than three decades of experience in the oil and gas sector, with expertise spanning corporate finance, accounting, investor relations, taxation, treasury operations, budgeting, project evaluation and mergers and acquisitions.
