India, Sept. 26 -- Realty firm Signature Global has acquired a total of 194 acres of land through direct purchase and a collaboration in Gurugram to develop an integrated ultra-luxury housing project with revenue potential of Rs 6,000 crore. In a regulatory filing on Friday, the company said it has "acquired and collaborated for a land parcel admeasuring approximately 194.22 acres situated at Farrukhnagar, District Gurugram, Haryana".

Signature Global has outright purchased 25 acres of land and collaborated with a landowner for 169.22 acres. The company did not disclose the land cost, but sources said the 25-acre land has been purchased for Rs 150 crore.
