India, June 16 -- Jaiprakash Associates Ltd, which has been acquired by Adani Enterprises through the insolvency process, will get delisted from stock exchanges with effect from June 18.

In a regulatory filing on Monday, Jaiprakash Associates Ltd (JAL) informed that it has received final approval from the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd for delisting of its equity shares from both stock exchanges.

Accordingly, the company's equity shares would stand delisted from the BSE and the NSE with effect from June 18, 2026.

The delisting is as per the resolution plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Allahabad Bench, Prayagraj.
