India, July 3 -- A self-immolation outside the United Nations headquarters in New York has once again drawn international attention to the long-standing Tibet issue. The protester, identified by Tibetan activist groups as Lobga Rangzen, reportedly set himself on fire while carrying a Tibetan flag in what was described as a protest against Chinese rule in Tibet.
