India, June 11 -- The Supreme Court is set to hear a petition filed by Congress leader Meenakshi Natarajan challenging the rejection of her nomination for the upcoming Rajya Sabha elections from Madhya Pradesh. However, the court has not granted any stay on the election process or results.

Natarajan approached the apex court after her candidature was rejected during scrutiny by the Returning Officer, a decision that has triggered a political and legal dispute ahead of the Rajya Sabha polls scheduled later this month.
