India, June 2 -- Bollywood actor Salman Khan has issued a legal notice against the makers of the upcoming film Kala Hiran, accusing them of violating his personality rights and seeking an immediate stop to the film's release and promotional activities. The notice has been sent to casting director Akshay Pandey, alleging that the project is based on the actor's involvement in the 1998 black buck poaching case.
