India, Feb. 20 -- Airports across India on Thursday morning faced disruptions after a software outage. According to sources, IndiGo, Air India Express, SpiceJet and Akasa Air were impacted at Delhi, Mumbai and other airports. The impact was also felt in parts of the Asia-Pacific and Europe.

The disruption was caused by Navitaire, a software used for reservations and departure control systems used by several commercial carriers. Following the glitch, airlines faced issues in checking in passengers.
