RBSE to conduct Class 10 board exams twice a year from 2026-27
India, Oct. 7 -- The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) will give Class 10 students two chances to appear for board exams in the same academic year from 2026-27. Rajasthan School Education and Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar announced the change, which is intended to ease exam pressure and provide students with an opportunity to improve their results.
Students will have to take the first board exam as their compulsory attempt. Those who clear it can then opt for the second exam if they want to improve their marks. The improvement exam will allow them to appear for a maximum of three subjects.
