Ranchi student agitation highlights need for timely judicial and State intervention
India, Aug. 10 -- There has been no judicial intervention by either the Supreme Court or the Jharkhand High Court in the ongoing student agitation and hunger strike in Ranchi.
Judges are not deciding the matter. Instead, it is being handled through direct talks and negotiations between student leaders and State Government ministers.
The protest remains entirely a ground movement. Students are running their hunger strike and making demands directly to the state administration without any court orders guiding the process.
