India, July 15 -- BJP MP Anil Baluni on Tuesday said a train service from Ramnagar to Dehradun is set to commence from July 18 in Uttarakhand, and expressed gratitude towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for this.

He said this train service will greatly facilitate travel for local residents commuting to Dehradun for work. It will also provide direct and convenient rail connectivity for the tourists visiting Corbett National Park, the Garhwal MP added. Baluni said that in the initial phase, this train will operate two days a week.
