India, March 25 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday reviewed the security situation with top officials, including the Services chiefs, in the backdrop of the ongoing West Asia conflict and its effect on India's defence preparedness. The war has entered its fourth week, disrupting trade routes through the Strait of Hormuz.
