India, Oct. 8 -- Rajesh Kumar Singh, IRSS (2002), has assumed additional charge of Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO), NHPC Limited, India's premier hydropower company and a Navratna enterprise of the Government of India, on 6th October. Singh has been entrusted with the additional charge of the post of CVO, NHPC, for a period of six months from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till the appointment of a regular CVO in NHPC or till further orders, whichever is the earliest. Rajesh Kumar Singh is currently serving as the CVO of Power Finance Corporation. He holds a B Technology degree in Electronics and Communication from IIT Roorkee and an M.Tech in Communication Systems from IIT (BHU), Varanasi.
