India, Nov. 3 -- The Vijayawada Division of South Coast Railway (SCoR) held the closing programme of Vigilance Awareness Week at the DRM Conference Hall in Vijayawada on Monday, November 2, stressing integrity, transparency and accountability in public service.

Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Mohit Sonakiya was the chief guest. Venkata Karunya, Deputy Chief Vigilance Officer (Dy. CVO) of South Coast Railway, was the guest of honour.

Karunya highlighted the role of vigilance in public administration and the importance of ethical conduct in the discharge of official duties.
