Punjab Police disposes of 7,402 unclaimed vehicles in major statewide drive
India, July 2 -- The Punjab Police has successfully disposed of 7,402 unclaimed and seized vehicles from police stations across the state as part of a major vehicle disposal drive aimed at freeing up space, improving police infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
The initiative follows efforts by the state government and the judiciary to clear long-pending vehicles lying at police stations and government premises.
