India, June 22 -- The Pune Police have moved a local court seeking cancellation of the bail granted to Vishal Agarwal, father of the minor accused in the high-profile Porsche crash case, alleging that he violated conditions imposed by the Supreme Court while granting him relief.

The plea was filed before the Shivajinagar Sessions Court after a video purportedly showing Agarwal celebrating his bail with family members went viral on social media. Police contend that such celebrations could influence witnesses and amount to a breach of bail conditions. The matter is expected to come up for hearing on Tuesday.
