India, May 9 -- Pune-based cleantech startup Novorbis Itus Pvt Ltd has raised Rs 13.35 crore in a seed funding round led by Rainmatter, the investment arm of Zerodha, with participation from Rockstud Capital.

Founded by Harsh Neekhra, Gagan Tripathi and Divyank Gupta, the startup develops emission control and air purification technologies aimed at reducing pollution from decentralised sources such as diesel generator (DG) sets and crematoriums.

The company's key offerings include a filter-less Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) designed for existing DG sets and the Crematorium Air Purification System (CAPS), which aims to curb emissions from crematorium operations.
