New Delhi, Nov 2 (PTI) State-owned Power Grid Corporation of India has posted over 8 per cent year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit at Rs 3,866.16 crore in September quarter.

The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 3,566.08 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, according to an exchange filing on Sunday.

Total income rose to Rs 12,055.11 crore in the quarter from Rs 11,670.24 crore in the same period year ago.

The company's board also approved payment of first interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 10 each (@30 per cent of the paid-up equity share capital) for the financial year 2026-27.
