India, June 3 -- The Delhi Police has booked Aam Aadmi Party's Delhi unit chief Saurabh Bhardwaj for allegedly disclosing the identity of a three-year-old girl who was allegedly sexually assaulted at a private school in West Delhi's Janakpuri area.

According to police, the FIR has been registered under Section 72 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023, Section 74 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, and Section 23(4) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, which prohibit the disclosure of the identity of child victims.
