India, May 9 -- A case has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO Act) against Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar's son, Bandi Bageerath, over allegations of sexual harassment involving a 17-year-old girl in Hyderabad.

According to police officials, the complaint was filed by the minor's mother, who alleged that Bageerath had been harassing her daughter for several months and misbehaved with her at a farmhouse in Moinabad.

Following the complaint, Pet Basheerabad police registered a case against Bageerath under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 11 of the POCSO Act. In a parallel development, Bageerath filed a counter-complaint with Karimnagar II Town polic...
