India, July 4 -- The Monsoon Session of Parliament will be held from July 20 to August 13, Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju announced on Saturday. The session has been convened following the approval of President Droupadi Murmu on the recommendation of the Union government. It is expected to witness discussions and debates on several important legislative and national issues.

In a post on X, Rijiju said the session would provide an opportunity for "meaningful debate, discussion and decisions on issues of national importance."
