India, July 16 -- More than two lakh candidates are gearing up for undergraduate admissions to the University of Delhi, with the first seat allocation list under the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) set to be released on Thursday.

The first allocation list, to be announced at 5 pm on July 16, marks the beginning of seat allotment for admissions to 73 undergraduate programmes and over 150 BA programme combinations offered across 69 colleges and departments. A total of 71,624 seats are up for grabs.
