India, June 7 -- At least 12 people were injured after a shooting broke out near the annual Old West End Festival in Toledo, Ohio, on Saturday evening.

According to local authorities, gunfire erupted near the popular community event, causing panic among festival-goers as people ran for safety.

Emergency responders quickly arrived at the scene and transported victims to nearby hospitals for treatment.

Two of the injured are reported to be in critical condition, while others remain stable.
