NSUI moves Delhi HC seeking probe into CBSE Class 12 on-screen marking system irregularities
India, June 2 -- The National Students' Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the Congress party, has approached the Delhi High Court seeking an independent investigation into alleged irregularities in the Central Board of Secondary Education's (CBSE) on-screen marking (OSM) system for Class 12 examinations. The Public Interest Litigation (PIL) also demands manual rechecking and physical verification of answer sheets for affected students.
According to the plea, there have been widespread concerns among students and parents regarding the fairness and accuracy of the OSM-based evaluation process.
