India, March 14 -- In a significant boost to Kerala's urban infrastructure, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on Thursday laid the foundation stone for the landmark 'Marine Eco City' project at Marine Drive, Kochi. The ambitious waterfront development is being executed by the Kerala State Housing Board (KSHB) in collaboration with NBCC (India) Limited, a Navratna CPSE, which will serve as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) on an EPC basis.
The ceremony, conducted via online mode, was attended by State Revenue and Housing Minister K Rajan, Rajya Sabha MP PP Suneer, and senior officials from both NBCC and KSHB.
