India, Aug. 12 -- BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi on Tuesday said the ongoing stalemate in Parliament reflects the ruling party's "request for discussion" and the Congress-led Opposition's "rigidness for disruption".

Slamming the opposition, the former Union minister said on one hand there is parliamentary decency, while on the other, it is feudal anarchy.

Lashing out at the Congress and some other Opposition parties, Naqvi said the rejection of the Government's request for a debate amounts to nothing more than a "destructive design by the democratically-defeated dynasty to derail discussion".
