India, June 10 -- Celebrating completion of 12 years of the NDA Government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Nitin Nabin on Tuesday said that the period represented not merely a change in governance but a historic reclaiming of India's self-confidence.

Joined by the party's senior members and the full Cabinet of the Narendra Modi government, Nabin noted that Modi is set to become the country's longest-serving democratically elected Prime Minister when he surpasses the first PM Jawaharlal Nehru's tenure on Wednesday.
