India, Sept. 27 -- The Madhya Pradesh Government has released the draft of the Bhopal Master Plan 2047, setting the stage for public consultation on the proposed land-use framework for the State Capital. The notification was issued on Saturday, days after the Supreme Court considered issues related to commercial activity in Bhopal's residential areas.

The release of the draft plan has raised expectations among traders and property owners facing sealing action, particularly those seeking a change in the designated land use of their properties.
