India, April 7 -- At the invitation of the Government of Myanmar, Minister of State for External Affairs and Environment, Forest & Climate Change, Kirti Vardhan Singh, will undertake an official visit to Myanmar from April 8 to 11, 2026. The visit underscores India's continued commitment to strengthening bilateral ties with its eastern neighbour and enhancing cooperation across key sectors.
During the visit, Singh will represent India at the inauguration ceremony of the new President of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, scheduled to take place on April 10 in Nay Pyi Taw.
