India, Aug. 21 -- Each year on August 15, the Prime Minister of India addresses the nation from the Red Fort on the country's goals. Since 2014, Narendra Modi has given 13 Independence Day speeches from this historic site. In the beginning, these speeches focused on basic dignity.
