Meet Deepak Mhaske, the chemistry professor now heading BJP's digital wing
India, Aug. 18 -- The BJP's digital wing has a new face at the top. Chhattisgarh based chemistry professor and election data analyst Deepak Mhaske has been named national convenor for social media, taking over from Amit Malviya, who had run the operation since 2014.
The appointment is part of a broader organisational reshuffle under newly appointed BJP national president Nitin Nabin, who has also named Roop Kumari Chaudhary as Mahila Morcha chief among other changes.
