India, April 1 -- The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has extended its property tax amnesty scheme, SUNIYO, till April 30, 2026, offering taxpayers another opportunity to clear pending dues without penalties or interest, Mayor Sardar Raja Iqbal Singh announced on Tuesday.
The extension comes in view of the positive response from citizens, officials said, with the civic body urging all eligible property owners to take advantage of the scheme before the final deadline.
