India, May 5 -- A massive fire broke out at a wholesale warehouse in the Jorasi-Fatehpur border village under Tauru subdivision in Haryana's Nuh district, causing widespread damage and triggering a large-scale emergency response.
The blaze was so intense that flames and smoke were visible from nearly 5 kilometres away, raising alarm in nearby areas. The exact cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
Initially, two fire tenders from the Tauru fire station rushed to the site. However, due to the severity of the blaze, additional fire engines were called in from Bhiwadi, Bilaspur, Sohna, and Nuh, taking the total deployment to around 14 fire engines.
