India, May 3 -- Gujarat Police have arrested Fakirmamad Isha Gagda, a 32-year-old resident of Lodai village in Bhuj taluka, Kutch district, for allegedly spreading the ideology of the banned terrorist organisation ISIS through social media.
According to Gujarat Police officials, Gagda was running separate accounts on Instagram and Facebook for nearly four years. He regularly posted inflammatory content glorifying 'Islamic war', the establishment of a caliphate (Khilafat) and jihad, thereby inciting people against India's sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity.
