India, July 14 -- A man has been arrested after allegedly killing his wife inside a car in front of their three children in Maharashtra's Washim district. According to police, the accused, identified as Salman Khan, allegedly attacked his wife, Hasin Bano, during a journey on the Samruddhi Expressway after suspecting her fidelity. Investigators said he allegedly struck her with a metal rod before strangling her.

Police said that after the alleged murder, the accused drove around with the woman's body before arriving at the Karanja Police Station, where he surrendered and informed officers about the incident.
