India, June 3 -- Delhi Minister Ashish Sood said strict action will be taken against those responsible for the deadly Malviya Nagar fire tragedy, asserting that "the guilty will not be spared" as authorities investigate possible negligence by the building owner.

The minister visited the site of the fire that claimed 21 lives and said a detailed inquiry has been launched to determine the circumstances that led to the incident. He emphasized that accountability would be fixed if any lapses in safety norms or building regulations are found.
