India, Sept. 21 -- Make perfect your 'Will' is an old adage. In law, more so, it is all the more essential so as to withstand judicial scrutiny. A Will, or testament, is a legal declaration made by a person how his property and assets shall be distributed after his death. A testator, considering his health and age, makes a Will how his property, both moveable and immovable, assets, cash or other valuables, shall be bequeathed after his death to obviate futile disputes and litigation among children, spouse and other heirs.
