India, Sept. 27 -- A programme titled 'Jashan-e-Inquilab' will be held at the Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) ground in Ludhiana on September 28 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh, Punjab AAP leader Baltej Pannu said on Sunday.

Pannu said the event would celebrate Punjab's cultural heritage, music, history and the legacy of its martyrs.

The programme will feature a performance of the renowned play "Gagan Damama Bajio", with Punjabi artists Ranjit Bawa and Kulwinder Billa, besides various 'dhadi jathas', he said.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, along with ministers and MLAs, will attend the celebration, Pannu said while addressing the media.
