India, June 17 -- Delhi Lieutenant Governor Sardar Taranjit Singh Sandhu has directed officials to expedite ongoing redevelopment works at Khan Market. He also ordered to complete pending rainwater harvesting projects before the onset of the monsoon, while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

During a visit to Khan Market, one of the Capital's most prominent commercial destinations, the Lieutenant Governor reviewed the progress of infrastructure improvement works and interacted with shopkeepers, visitors, and officials. NDMC Chairman Keshav Chandra, Vice Chairman Kuljeet Singh Chahal, and senior officers accompanied him during the inspection.
